Upper Blackwelder Dam Design-Build Repair

DESCRIPTION: D N B designed and built left and right spillways in order to repair a significant sink hole and seen failure. The project consisted of inlet and outlet structures with concrete channels and rip rap protection, along with culverts with cutoff keys and a reinforced box culvert.
